2022年も、9月になりました。
今年も、いろいろなことがありましたが、
ようやく、来年のことを少しずつ、考えたり思いめぐらせたりできるような、
そんな秋の風です。
「秋だわ」と感じられるひとつが、
来年の手帳の発売です。
今年も、9月1日に、ほぼ日手帳が、発売されました。
専用のサイトも、毎日、毎日、更新されて、
発売日がとても楽しみでしたね。
わたしも、ほぼ日手帳、ウイークリーを、購入しました。
昨日届いて、とても、うれしい気持ちです。
ちなみに、色は、ハピネスピンクです。
わたしが、ウイークリーのほぼ日手帳に書き込んでいる項目を、
ここに、書いてみます。
お天気 イラストアイコンのときもあれば、文字で書くときもあります。
ブログを書いてアップしたとき ブログの表題を書きます。
あとから、自分のブログを見直したいときや、このごろの、自分の活動を見直したいときに、
インデックスになります。
インターネットでの活動のインデックスとしては、
ＳＮＳ ツイッターを書き入れた日
友達に、大事な用件でLINEを送った日
フェリシモコミュニティスクエアにノートやコメントをアップした日、などです。
地震のあった日 震度２くらいでは書きませんが、震度４以上だと、書いておきます。
新聞の一面トップの見出しを毎日書き入れる時期もあります。
コロナの感染者数を書き入れるときもあります。
朝日新聞なら「天声人語」。読売新聞なら「編集手帳」。聖教新聞なら「名字の言」。
毎日のその日のテーマを一言で書き入れます。
アマゾンの注文をした日と、届いた日。あとから購入履歴を調べるときに役に立ちます。
町内会の人が訪れた日。
親戚の人が来た日とお出ししたメニュー。
新しい料理に挑戦した日のメニュー。
読んだ本の題名を正確に書き入れます。
読みたい本ではなく、自分が読んだ本です。
これは、あとから、インターネットで検索したくなったり、
もう一度、購入したくなったり、人に紹介したくなったりしたときに、
とても便利です。
インターネットを使うときの、インデックスとして、書き込んで使っているかな、と思います。
できるだけ毎日、できない日は、ほぼ、ほぼで、
手帳に向かう時間を作って、
夕方の時間に、5分くらい、ほぼ日手帳にむかうことにしています。
毎日の習慣になってくると、書かないと落ち着かないかな、というくらいです。
書き込みながら、きのうの分、先週の分を自然と見ているので、
毎日の見直しになっているのかな、というかんじもします。
「ちょっとこのごろ、働きすぎ…？」とか、
ブログ更新の間が、長すぎ、短すぎ、というようなことを、思ったり考えたりします。
ほぼ日を使い始めて、結局この、下のほうに5行くらいある文章は、
いったいなんだろう？と思っていたのですが、
ことしは、このウイークリーを使っていて、
この「一言メッセージ」に、とても助けられたり、
インスピレーションをいただいたりしました。
ほんとうにありがとうございます。
「暦」「カレンダー」というのは、
こうして、めくる人、書く人に、きょうを大切に生きるための、
なにかの、ちょっとしたアドバイスを、送るものなのかもしれないです。
この5～6行の「謎」を、友達と話し合ったり、解き明かしてみようと考えたりするのも、とても楽しいです。
ほぼ日手帳は、手に取ってみると、製本がとてもいいので、とても感動します。
いろいろな手帳を使ってみましたが、
やはり、ハードカバーが使いやすいような気がします。
表紙が布張りなのも、本格的な本みたいで、手触りもいいです。
表紙をめくると、内側の紙に、「HOBO HOBO」と書いてあって、
面白いな、手が込んでいるな、と感じました。
うしろのほうのふろくページも、災害時のメモや、運動とか、
多すぎず少なすぎず、面白いです。
しおりは、紐が二本です。
縦長の形も、片手で持ちやすくて、つかみやすいです。
来年、2023年も、いっしょうけんめい生きて、素敵な、充実した手帳を、作れますように。
